  • OSMOS is a private sauna and ice bath experience designed to help you reset, recover, and reconnect. Each session gives you your own room with a infrared sauna, an ice bath, and a refreshing shower.

  • You’ll move between the sauna, ice bath, and shower at your own pace. There’s no set routine, you choose how long you spend in each. Your room is fully private for the entire duration of your session.

  • Please bring a towel, swimwear, and a water bottle. We provide everything else you need for a smooth and relaxing session.

  • Sessions typically run for 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to warm up, cool down, and settle into the experience.

  • Not at all. OSMOS is designed for beginners and experienced users alike. You’re free to take things slowly and listen to your body.

  • Yes. Every booking includes a private room for you (or you and a partner if you’re booking a two-person session). No shared spaces, no interruptions.

  • Sauna and ice bath therapy may help:
    – Reduce stress and inflammation
    – Improve sleep and mental clarity
    – Support physical recovery
    – Enhance mood and resilience
    – Boost circulation and overall wellbeing

  • Yes, some rooms can accommodate two or three people. If you’d like to book as a pair, simply select a two-person session during checkout.

  • Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, appointments are locked in and cannot be moved.

  • Sauna and ice bath therapy are safe for most people, but if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are unsure, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider.
