Welcome to OSMOS. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About OSMOS

OSMOS provides private sauna and ice bath sessions in individual rooms designed for relaxation, recovery, and wellbeing. All services are subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking platform.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • By booking a session, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Changes made within 24 hours of your booking cannot be accepted, and the session is non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend your session will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your session.

  • Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration with no reimbursement.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may treat the session as a no-show.

5. Health & Safety

  • By using OSMOS facilities, you confirm that you are in good health and able to safely participate in sauna and ice bath therapy.

  • If you are pregnant, have medical conditions, or have any concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

  • You agree to use the facilities responsibly and follow all safety guidelines provided by OSMOS.

Use of OSMOS facilities requires acceptance of the Safety & Wellbeing Agreement.
All guests must acknowledge this waiver during the booking process before participating in any session.

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood the Waiver & Release document.

  • You accept all risks associated with sauna, ice bath, and contrast therapy.

  • You agree that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

  • You will follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by OSMOS.

The Waiver & Release forms part of these Terms & Conditions and applies to all current and future visits unless updated.

6. Personal Responsibility

  • You participate in all activities at your own risk.

  • OSMOS is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or personal property damage arising from your use of the facilities.

  • Please store valuables safely; OSMOS takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

7. Conduct

  • OSMOS is a private, quiet, and respectful environment.

  • Any behaviour deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive may result in removal from the premises without refund.

8. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Promotional offers or discounts may be subject to additional terms.

9. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for the period stated at purchase.

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm our website, booking systems, or digital services.
All content (images, text, branding) is owned by OSMOS and may not be copied without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OSMOS is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Health-related issues resulting from sauna or ice bath use

  • Damages arising from misuse of our facilities

12. Changes to Terms

OSMOS may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
